Best View: Figures Busy Working on Flood Control and Disaster Relief

防汛救災(zāi)現(xiàn)場那些忙碌的身影真美

　　Timely assistance is always greatly appreciated. Since July 20, many places across Central China's Henan province have been hit with torrential rainsthat have left a "war without smoke" with cities& villages flooded, roadsdisrupted and people trapped.

　　最好的服務(wù)一定是雪中送炭！7月20日起，河南多地遭遇了持續(xù)強降雨，城市內(nèi)澇、村莊被淹、道路中斷、群眾被困，這是一場沒有硝煙的戰(zhàn)役。

　　At the critical moment, volunteers from all overthe province and the countrystood up. Fearing neither hardship nor toil, they have volunteered to participate in flood control and management in Henan, ordinary but extraordinary.

　　在這些地方最需要救助的時候，來自全省各地、全國各地的志愿者們站了出來。他們不怕苦、不怕累，主動要求投身河南各地防汛救災(zāi)，他們普通但卻不平凡。

　　On July 25, volunteers nationwide from all walks of life still keptengagingin flood control efforts. "I wanna rush to Henan for disaster relief" was posted moston hnzy.cn (an official volunteer service platform in Henan). Liu Siyuan from Shenzhen said, "Anybody wannago to Zhengzhou andsurrounding areas for voluntary services? Count me in. I'm a CPC memberand a civil engineer." Meng Jingjing from Cangzhou in Hebei province posted, "I'm a nurse and wannago anywhere in Henan for disaster relief." Tang Haifu from Xi'an commented, "I'm a veteran and wannago to Henan to do my bit." Wu Xinhang from Luoyang expressed, "I'm young and strong and can endure hardships. I volunteer to help my hometown go through the difficult times."

　　7月25日，來自全國各地、各行各業(yè)的志愿者還在積極地投身防汛救災(zāi)。“我想去河南救災(zāi)”是這兩天志愿河南平臺上最多的留言。來自深圳的劉思遠(yuǎn)說：“有沒有深圳一起去鄭州或周邊當(dāng)志愿者的？拉我一個！我是共產(chǎn)黨員，土建工程師，什么都可以做?！眮碜院颖睖嬷莸拿暇Ьдf：“我是護(hù)士，想去支援，河南哪里都可以?！眮碜晕靼驳臏８徽f：“我是退伍軍人，想去河南盡一份綿薄之力。”來自洛陽偃師的武鑫航說：“我是個大小伙子，能吃苦有力氣，想去做志愿者幫助我們的家鄉(xiāng)渡過難關(guān)?！?/p>

　　Facing such a natural disaster, volunteers have brought Henan great warmth by providing voluntary services, fearing neither hardship nor fatigue. Now, let's takea glimpse of those lovely and honorable figures!
